Primary Election – mail only ballots !  Seattleites will be voting for Mayor, City Council, King County Executive, King Council , Seattle Port Commission and Seattle School Board.  Voters will also be deciding on at least  one other ballot measure.  Ballots may be returned by mail  or dropped off at the Ballard Neighborhood Service Center (5604 22 NW) anytime of day prior to when polls close at 8 PM on the 18th.  For more info call 296-VOTE or  visit http://www2.seattle.gov/ethics/votersguide.asp
